Biography

Konstantinos Amplianitis is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Graphics Vision and Visualization Group at Trinity College Dublin. Prior to this appointment, he was a Research Associate at the Humboldt University of Berlin where he obtained his PhD in Computer Science in the area of 3D object recognition. He also holds a M.Sc. degree in Geodesy and Geoinformation Science from the Technical University of Berlin and a B.Sc. in Geoinformatics from the Athens University of Applied Sciences respectively.
