V-SENSE student Sebastian Lutz opens CVMP 2019 at the BFI, London!

We are very proud of our student Sebastian Lutz who opened ACM SIGGRAPH European Conference on Visual Media Production (CVMP 2019) on the 17th December 2019 hosted at the The British Film Institute (BFI), Southbank, London.

CVMP brings together production and post-production specialists from the worlds of film, broadcast and games with imaging and graphics researchers; it brings together expertise in video processing, computer vision, computer graphics, animation and physical simulation. In this 16th edition of the conference, it is officially proudly affiliated to and sponsored by ACM SIGGRAPH.

Congratulations to Sebastian on his very impressive talk on hand drawn art processing based on deep learning, with Professor Aljosa Smolic, Matis Hudon and Rafael Pagés.
